Task For Web Associate Position

• Visit https://en.wordpress.com/
• Create an account (the sign up is free)
• Now create a website that is your personal website. Think of it as your resume but in a website form. Will like the website to have at least 3 pages and no more than 7.
• Perform SEO tasks on the website.
• Send a list of optimizations done on the website for better search rankings

What we will evaluate the task on:

• Ability to learn and figure out the different features of a new tool. So the more features you use from wordpress.com the better it is.
• Creativity. Not necessarily looking for design creativity. If you are able to create something that looks beautiful then great. But definitely looking for the ability to present a thought in a creative manner.
• Structure. Do spend some time thinking of your site structure and how you want to build it. A good break up of sections and pages will help us see your ability to do structured thinking.
• Ability to Google. Do spend some time finding sites that can give you ideas. Share links to the sites you have referred.
